      According to the Ministry of Education, "Implementation Regulations Governing Junior Colleges Continuing Education" Article 2 : The Continuing Education mentioned in the Regulations refers to all kinds of educational activities conducted by junior colleges according to their education goals aiming at improving the intellectual skills of the public as well as the cultural standard of the society.
